Hi everyone! I’m so excited to show you my latest beauty purchases, the medium Z-Palette and seven brand new Makeup Geek Eyeshadows. I’ve heard many beautybloggers on Youtube rave about them, so I decided to order my first Makeup Geek shadows and a palette to put them in. Curious?
I ordered the medium size Z Palette, a perfect customizable palette, that’s great to take with you, not to big, but large enough to take anything you need with you. It’s designed even deep enough to hold brushes! And I love the clear window. It can hold up to 15 Makeup Geek Shadows. I can’t wait to customize it more, maybe even put my some of my Anastasia Contour kit in, or some blushes.
‘Peach Smoothie’ – ‘Chickadee’ – ‘Creme Brulee’
‘Cupcake’ – ‘Cocoa Bear’ – ‘Burlesque’ – ‘Grandstand’ (foiled eyeshadow)
Wow! Look how high-pigmented and beautiful the swatches are! As you can see, I picked mostly warm neutral colors, and one foiled eyeshadow. Absolutely love the quality, I even wish I ordered more…
Makeup Geek was created by Youtube guru Marlena, a really talented makeup artist. Definitely check out her video’s, she’s so inspiring!
Great to know: All Makeup Geek shadows are cruelty-free and are talc and Paraben Free.
A simple bronze eye look with Peach Smoothie as a base, Grandstand on top of that all over the lid and Creme Brulee and Cocoa Bear in the crease.
I paid $54.92, which is about €50 for the eyeshadows.Which is a great price, compare to the loose MAC eyeshadow pans. Seven MAC eyeshadow pans would cost me €94.50. I did unfortunately have to pay 20 euro clearance costs, which I’m told doesn’t have to happen everytime you order something, but I’m not sure. Still, a great deal on some beautiful eyeshadows!
Have you ever tried Makeup Geek shadows?
